PSV Booking Cancellation Terms:
In the event that you are unable to proceed with your booking or change your mind, we do not offer refunds or credits unless specified in any special terms and conditions. All requests for cancellations must be made by you in writing. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:
- Bookings canceled 21 days or more prior to travel: 25% of the value of the booking
- Bookings canceled 14 days or more prior to travel: 50% of the value of the booking
- Bookings canceled 7 days or more prior to travel: 75% of the value of the booking
- Bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to travel: 100% of the value of the booking
- In all cases, our total fee charged will not exceed the value of the booking
- In addition to any cancellation fee charged by us, you will also be responsible for payment of any cancellation fees or charges levied by third parties (such as venue, ferries, Eurotunnel, or accommodation providers) in line with their cancellation policy that may be relevant to your booking or travel
Terms & Conditions for 4-8 seater taxis & Private Hire vehicles.
For all airport collections we will require the flight number and arrival time/terminal in order for us to monitor the flight for any delays etc. We cannot however be held responsible for any misinformation supplied by either the client or our sources of flight information.
For airport bookings we recommend a booking time of 1hr after the flight landing to allow for immigration checks and for baggage reclaim. However, the decision lies with the customer of what time they book the pick up for. For any delays in coming out waiting time will be chargeable at a rate starting at 40p per min.
Parking & waiting time charges are not included in quoted fares.
We will also require a mobile contact number (preferably of the person who is travelling although we understand that this is not always possible). We can provide a meet & greet service with a sign board at arrivals, the minimum charge for this service is £25. The charge does not include parking or waiting time charges these charges will be payable separate.
An estimation of the amount of luggage is required on airport bookings so we can supply the correct sized vehicle. Please note we accept no responsibility in a situation where luggage does not fit in the vehicle type booked, in such a situation the fare will be payable by the customer. We can recommend what vehicle type will be suitable for the number of people travelling & the luggage. However the ultimate decision of what vehicle type is booked remains with the customer, and we assume no responsibility if luggage does not fit in the vehicle type booked.
PLEASE NOTE In certain circumstances beyond our control (e.g. breakdowns etc.) the company reserves the right to supply an alternative vehicle of a similar specification. Prices quoted are the price you pay (subject to any additional parking/waiting charges or deviations from the original booking etc).
Should a client ‘no show’ the booking the client will be liable to pay 100% of the quoted fare.
Cancellation will require a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the arranged pick up time. Cancellations made with less than 12hrs notice will be chargeable up to a maximum 100% of the quoted fare.
Clapham Cars does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Use of the services provided by Clapham Cars is done so entirely at one’s own risk. Clapham Cars assumes no responsibility or liability for any services provided.
Please note fare estimates provided are subject to change at any given time. Any changes to quoted fares will be communicated to the customer prior to a vehicle being dispatched. In the instance where a customer is unreachable a vehicle will not be dispatched until a time the change of fare has been communicated to the customer.
Upon making a booking / reservation wether by phone call, email, online, customer app or through any other method the client accepts to be bound by the terms & conditions here with.
